Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
NEARco delivers creative studio services including social media strategy, content creation and editing, paid ad execution, and on-ground activations according to the specific scope defined in mutual client agreements.
2. Production & Shoot Days
For shoot packages (including The Sprint and 30/45/60-day content packages), shoot dates are scheduled based on mutual calendar alignment. Notice of reschedule must be provided at least 48 hours prior to shoot call time.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon settlement of agreed invoices, clients receive commercial usage rights for the final edited assets delivered for the campaign. Raw footage and studio production templates remain intellectual property of NEARco unless explicitly negotiated.
